During the Freiberg tour on Wednesday you will visit the Department for Energy Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering (IEC) at TU Bergakademie Freiberg with its High Pressure Partial Oxidation (HP-POX, 5 MWth, 100 bar) pilot plant and the Siemens Gasification Test Facility with its 5 MW Gasification Reactor at Siemens Fuel Gasification Technology GmbH. On Thursday the Technical Tour features a look at the 400 MWel IGCC Power Plant with Lurgi fixed bed and Siemens Gasification of Sokolovská úhelná in Vresova, Czech Republic.
